What we collect
When you book an appointment or create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, along with the details of your booking (style, date, time, and any notes you choose to share). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
How we use it
We use your information solely to manage your appointments — to confirm your booking, to contact you about your visit (by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email), and to keep a record of your appointment history. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it's stored
Your information is stored securely on our own private server and is accessible only to the salon owner. We keep it for as long as you have an account with us.
Your choices
You can view and cancel your upcoming appointments anytime from your My Appointments page. To have your account and personal data deleted, just contact us and we'll take care of it.
